Family and friends packed into Mill Creek Park to share a holiday meal together.

The Georgetown hosted three seatings of its Easter Buffet at Fellows Riverside Gardens Sunday afternoon.

Participants enjoyed a meal of ham, prime rib, potatoes, salad and a chocolate fountain.

After the meal, they a chance to take a springtime walk in the Gardens.

“A chance for families to come out they don’t have to worry about cooking,” said assistant event coordinator William Wainio. “They don’t have to worry about getting their kitchen all dirty. They come out and enjoy a peaceful day at the park. The Gardens are beautiful any time of year.”

The Georgetown caters an event for Mother’s Day at Mill Creek as well.
