Big 2nd Leads Fitch to Win

Fitch Baseball defeats Harding 14-3.

The Falcons scored six runs in the second inning in route to a 14-3 victory over Harding.

Zach Miller led the way for Fitch going 2-4 with a double and three RBI’s.  Alex Sierra went 2-3 with one RBI and Kevin Sierra went 1-2 with a triple and three runs.

Jared Paige’s double scored two of the Raiders three runs in the top third inning.

Trent Collins was the winning pitcher going four innings, giving up three hits and three runs; while striking out six.

Marcus Masters was the losing pitcher going three innings, giving up seven hits, seven runs, and striking out three.
