FINALS WATCH: Free tickets

ATLANTA (AP) — Starting price is $208 for Monday night’s Louisville-Michigan NCAA championship game tickets on Ticketstub.com.

A little rich for your blood? The Division II and Division III championship games are a budget-friendly alternative.

There was no charge for tickets for Sunday’s games at Philips Arena. That’s right, free.

Because no tickets were sold, there was no official attendance figure for Sunday’s D-3 game in which Amherst beat Mary Hardin-Baylor 87-70, but the main bottom bowl of the arena was at least three-quarters full. The upper-level seats were covered by a curtain, but even so it would have been a good draw for a typical NBA Atlanta Hawks game.

Metro State was to play Drury in the Division II game later Sunday afternoon.
