The eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 at the Hubbard, Route 62 exit were shut down early Monday after a tractor-trailer flipped over.
The accident happened around 2:30 a.m. near the Ohio-Pa. border.
Troopers with the Ohio State Patrol said the driver lost control, went into the median and then overturned, blocking both eastbound lanes.
The driver was not hurt, but the plastic piping on the trailer spilled onto the roadway, keeping the lanes closed for about three hours. One lane re-opened around 6:15 a.m. and both lanes were clear by 7 a.m.
Traffic was detoured to Route 62.
