Ciccolelli’s Walk-Off Wins It for Canfield

Canfield’s Tom Ciccolelli knocked in the winning run with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th inning to give the Cardinals the 5-4 win over Howland Tuesday evening.

The Tigers got on the board first, scoring three runs in the 4th inning. Kyle Watson knocked in one run, while the two others scored on throwing errors.

Canfield answered in the bottom of the 4th inning with two runs of their own. Ciccolelli and Edmond Pilolli had RBI knocks.

Howland scored in the top of the 5th on a pinch-hit double by Ray Hill.

But Canfield scored two runs in the 6th inning and then one in the 7th to earn the win.
