Holocaust Commemoration Held in Rotunda

The 20th annual Holocaust Commemoration service was held Thursday at the Mahoning County Courthouse rotunda.

The event featured a candle lighting ceremony to honor the 6 million who perished during the Holocaust.

The event also featured the recognition of the winners of the Jewish Community Relations Council annual student Holocaust writing contest and a proclamation from Youngstown Mayor Chuck Sammarone.
