Western Reserve Hands Ursuline its First Loss

Western Reserve defeated Ursuline on Thursday night, 9-4. It was Ursuline’s first loss of the season (5-0), while the Blue Devils remain undefeated (5-0).

Maddie Kreitzburg recorded the win for Western Reserve, pitching seven innings and giving up three hits.

April Lude chipped in on the offensive end, hitting her 4th homerun of the season. Tory White went 2-for-4 with a double and a single.

The Blue Devils are back on the field on Saturday at 2 p.m. against Warren Harding.
