West Branch Falls to Louisville

After leading 3-0, West Branch was outscored 11-0 over the last five innings to Louisville as the Warriors drop to 2-2 in the Northeastern Buckeye Conference following their 11-3 loss.

Senior Brenden Wells finished with three hits for the Warriors. Beau Taylor began the game for West Branch on the hill as he took the loss. The Warriors (2-4) will play host to Fitch tomorrow (Saturday, April 13) in a doubleheader.

The Leopards (3-6, 3-1) featured two players with a pair of base hits (Jon Crank and Alex Hollifield). Louisville benefited from a four-run third and a seven-run fourth. Louisville snapped a three-game losing streak. The Leps will be back in action on Monday against Hoover.
