Suspected Synthetic Marijuana Found in Bazetta

A business owner in Bazetta could be facing criminal charges for what police found at the business on Monday.

Bazetta Township police found 100 bags of suspected synthetic marijuana at the Bazetta Mall, 3649 Hoagland Blackstub Road.  Tips by residents led township police and agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit to do an administrative inspection, according to a news release from the Bazetta Police Department.

Police seized the suspected drugs and other documents, and issued a violation notice. They plan to have the Ohio Attorney General’s Office file the charges.
