For the second time in two years, a Mahoning County murder case has been forced to stop soon after getting started.
Paul Brown is charged in the shooting death of Ashten Jackson during a botched robbery in 2009.
Jury selection got underway earlier this week, only to come to a halt Friday when defense attorneys asked for more time to prepare.
The case has been continued until May.
Last year, Judge Maureen Sweeney declared a mistrial over concerns about evidence that had been with held by investigators.
