The Middletown Journal (http://bit.ly/13xcIum ) reports 48-year-old Gregory Barnes of Trenton died Wednesday at a hospital in the Dayton area.

Barnes suffered burns while preparing for maintenance repair work on April 7 at an AK Steel plant in Middletown. The company and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the accident.
