2 Shot in Bar Fight

Police in East Liverpool are investigating what caused a large fight and a shooting at a bar overnight.

Officers from East Liverpool, St. Clair Township and Liverpool Township were dispatched just before 2 a.m. to Packs bar on Mulberry Street for a fight.

When they arrived, they found a large number of people in the street and two men who had been shot and injured by one bullet.

Braxton Vaughn, 21, and Theodore Vaughn, 26, both of Midland, Pennsylvania, were shot.

They were taken to East Liverpool City hospital in a private vehicle.

Police said the people at the scene were uncooperative and continued fighting when asked what happened.

While attempting to get people to leave the area, police arrested a 20-year-old man for obstructing official business.

No word on the conditions of the two victims.
