Big Tap Features Craft Beer

More than 200 types of beer were on tap for the 4th annual Big Tap event in Boardman.

Nearly 3,000 people attended the craft beer tasting event held Saturday at the Shepherd Event Center.

Over 90 different brews were featured.

This year, the craft beer tasting event will benefit the organization Making Kid Count.

“Next year being our five-year anniversary, we actually hope to have it bigger, better, more fun things, more attractions, more vendors,” said organizer Sandy Reds.

There were also dozens of local food and art vendors at the event, as well as live music.
