YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — Campus visits and interviews are planned in the coming weeks for the three finalists for president of Youngstown State University.
Trustees expect to vote on the next president by June. The finalists were announced Tuesday by a presidential search committee.
They are William Decatur, executive vice president of the Rhode Island School of Design, Randy Dunn, president of Kentucky’s Murray State University and James Moran III, vice chancellor at the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
According to The (Youngstown) Vindicator (bit.ly/ZZPAN3), the finalists were selected from 57 applicants and eight semifinalists.
Youngstown State president Cynthia Anderson announced last year that she would retire June 30.
