Parole Denied for Duo in 1998 Murder

Prison Jail Arrest Generic

Parole has been denied for two men convicted in a 1988 murder.

During a parole hearing Wednesday, Trumbull County Prosecutor  Dennis Watkins had asked the board to keep Mark Badilo and Jeff McClure in prison. They killed Badilo’s brother Timothy in 1998, and then burned his body beyond recognition. His body was found in Hubbard Township.

The two are serving 15-year-to-life sentences, and will be up for parole again in four years.
