No one was injured when a single-engine plane made an emergency landing Saturday in Trumbull County.

Trumbull County Dispatch worked together with the resources at the Youngstown Airbase to find the downed plane off Ridge Road in Fowler Township.  The Ohio State Highway Patrol also assisted in the operation.

The emergency landing occurred around 12:30 p.m. in a cornfield.  The pilot was able to land without any damage to the plane.

The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate the incident.
