Man charged in stabbing deaths at Pa. mobile home

TIONESTA, Pa. (AP) — A man has been charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault in the stabbing deaths of a man and woman found at a mobile home in northwestern Pennsylvania.

Thirty-eight-year-old Scott A. Black of Butler is charged in Forest County in the deaths of 42-year-old Marcelle Edwards of Tionesta and 43-year-old Donald Shay of Leechburg.

Authorities say the two were found dead early Saturday with multiple stab wounds at the mobile home just outside Tionesta.

Coroner Norman Wimer said Black was a former boyfriend of Edwards and there had been an ongoing dispute between him and the victims.

Black was held in Warren County Prison without bail pending a May 7 preliminary hearing. A number listed in his name rang unanswered Sunday and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.
