The Youngstown Phantoms scored three goals in the third period, two in a matter of 27 seconds, to avoid elimination and beat Dubuque, 4-3.

The Phantoms put the first goal on the board when Austin Cangelosi scored on a power play at 19:28 in the 1st period.

Dubuque scored the next three goals, two in the 1st period and one in the 2nd period to increase the lead to 3-1.

The Phantoms then scored twice in 27 seconds to tie the game at 3-3 in the 3rd period. Cam Brown scored on a power play at 3:34, then Markus McCrea scored at 4:01.

John Padulo scored the game-winning goal at 16:23 to force a game four in the Eastern Conference Finals.
