Police: 400 pounds of pot confiscated

ERIE, Pa. (AP) — Police in western Pennsylvania have confiscated about 400 pounds of marijuana and arrested two men.

The Erie Times-News (http://bit.ly/10qpovp ) reports Tuesday that one man is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity.

Authorities say one man was trafficking in the drug in Erie between January 2012 and November, and another was arraigned on one count of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities.
