The Delaware County Daily Times reports ( ) 38-year-old Marcus Hook Mayor James “Jay” Schiliro also faces charges of providing alcohol to a minor and official oppression. The Republican dropped his bid for re-election after his March arrest, but is vowing to finish his term. He declined comment after Tuesday’s hearing.
