Prayer vigil set at site of planned Pa. strip club

BROGUE, Pa. (AP) — A church group is planning to hold a prayer vigil this weekend at the site of a proposed strip club in York County.

The York Daily Record reports (http://bit.ly/16mHNl3 ) the Rev. Daniel Warner and others plan to hold the vigil at the Brogue Center strip mall on Sunday afternoon. A zoning board is scheduled to hold a hearing on the project May 23.

Watner says he and other Christians are hoping to stop the project.

Developers say the 148-seat club would not be a nuisance to the rural township and would bring lots of jobs.
