Fitch’s Scott Pierce drove in the one and only run, in a 1-0 win over Niles.
The lone run came in the bottom of the 5th inning. Pierce went 2-3 with a double and one RBI. Phil Socha was 1-2 with a double. Austin Cooper recorded the win on the mound, going seven innings, giving up four hits, one walk, and striking out four batters.
James Tate, Justiin Lopes, and Tyler Wiery all went 1-3. Wiery also pitched, going six innings, giving up five hits, one run, three walks and three k’s.
