Crestview Gets Come From Behind Win

Crestview scored four runs in the bottom of th 6th inning to edge East Palestine, 6-5 on Tuesday afternoon.

East Palestine was winning 5-2, but the Rebels plated four runs in the 6th, and held the Bulldogs scoreless in the 7th to earn the victory.

Austin Eskra recorded the win for Crestview, breaking the single season strikeout record.  He went seven innings, giving up five runs on six hits.  He struck out 10 batters, and walked five.  Eskra also went 1-3 at the plate, with one RBI.

Dylan Hart was perfect at the plate, going 3-3 with two RBI and a double.  Evan Nentwick also had a grand day, going 3-3 with one RBI and a double.

The Rebels improve to 15-7 overall, 8-5 in the ITCL.
