Big Inning Propels Fitch Past Lake

Austintown Fitch defeated Uniontown Lake 10-6 in high school softball Wednesday evening.

The Falcons offense exploded for seven runs in the 2nd inning.  They added one in the fourth and two in the fifth inning to round out their total to 10 runs.

Alex Corradi had a triple and three RBI for Fitch.  Cali Mikovich had four hits.  Alana Callahan had three hits and two RBI.  Mercedes Pratt had two hits and two RBI.

For Lake, Macey Harder belted a homerun and had two RBI.

Fitch improves to 17-6 on the season, while Lake drops to 10-9.
