The Rock n’ Art Alley Fest 2013 will be held from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday in Dave Grohl Alley in downtown Warren.

The free event is being sponsored by Main Street Warren and Main Street board member Joseph O’Grady, who was instrumental in the development of Dave Grohl Alley. Grohl, who is frontman for the rock group the Foo Fighters, is a Warren native.

The festival will feature live music, art, food and beer. A new hamburger named for Grohl will be unveiled by the Courthouse Grille, and a new beer called Grohl Alley Brew also will be unveiled.

O’Grady said a contest was held to determine which local beer maker created a beer best suited to the occasion.
