Ohio Edison dispatched crews early Monday to Youngstown’s North Side following a power outage that knocked more than 1,000 customers offline.

Ohio Edison spokesperson David Turner said a line came down after midnight somewhere on the city’s North Side , but he didn’t have any further information about the cause.

According to the company’s website, at one point more than 1,800 customers were without power in Mahoning County.
