The office of an Aviation School at the Beaver County Airport was destroyed after a fire broke out early Tuesday.

A sheriff’s deputy was patrolling the area around 3 a.m. when he noticed smoke and flames coming from the Aces Aviation building.

Eight companies responded to the fire. According to the airport director, those crews remained on the scene until about 10 a.m.

The entire office where classes are held was destroyed. No planes were damaged.

The state fire marshal is investigating.
