A motorcyclist on Wednesday walked away with minor injuries following a crash in Austintown.

The accident happened on Route 46 at Webb Road near the Ice House Inn. Witnesses said the motorcyclist rear-ended a van that was stopped at the intersection.

The impact pushed the van several feet.

The cycle ended up underneath the vehicle but the rider was able to get off the bike safely.
