Division II Boys Tennis Sectionals

Garrett Gardner of Poland won the singles final and Tyler Cole and John Nader of Warren JFK won the doubles final, advancing to the Division II District Tournament.

In the Semifinals Gardner defeated Les Horvath of Ursuline (6-0,6-0) to advance to the finals.  Jad Abdul-Aal of JFK defeated Aaron Paczak of Lakeview (6-4,6-4) to advance and take on Gardner in the finals.

In the match for third place, Aaron Paczak defeated Les Horvath (6-2,6-0) .

First ranked Gardner defeated third ranked Abdul-Aal (6-4,6-0) in the finals.

In doubles Tyler Cole and John Nader defeated Rich Hill and Andrew Stille of Mooney (6-2,6-0) in the semifinals.  Ryan Calcagni and Anthony Ricciardi of Poland defeated Eric Rohrabaugh and Zach Teffner of Lakeview (6-4,6-1) to advance to the finals.

In the match for third, Hill and Stille defeated Rohrabaugh and Teffner (2-6,6-4,6-3).

The first ranked team of Cole and Nader of JFK defeated the second ranked team of Calcagni and Ricciardi of Poland (7-6(2),6-2).

All four singles players and doubles teams have qualified for the district tournament in Canton.
