The Youngstown Air Reserve Station warned nearby residents in Vienna they will be conducting weapons training overnight Wednesday and into Thursday morning.

YARS officials in a statement said gunfire could be heard from about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday through 6:30 a.m. Thursday.

The scheduled training is “necessary to maintain the mission readiness” for personnel at the 910th Airlift Wing.
