Wires Down on 422

About 50 customers are still without power in Southington Township after utility wires were pulled down across all four lanes of U.S. Route 422.

Crews were called to the section of  Route 422, near Anderson Anthony Road, around 11 a.m.

Officials with Ohio Edison said about 80 customers were without power at the time of the outage.

The Ohio State Patrol said a box truck took down the lines.

Power should be fully restored by 6 p.m.
