New Life Church Filling Truck Full of Supplies

New Life Church Collection

New Life Church parishioners are looking to fill a truck full of non-perishable food items and school supplies.

The collection continues outside the Clear Channel Radio offices on South Avenue in Boardman until 5 p.m. Friday.

The donations will be distributed as part of New Life’s 4th Annual Goodness Invasion event August 10 at the Covelli Centre.

“We’re feeding about 2,000 families and there’s a lot of people who actually live in the downtown area that cannot make it out to our Poland pantry, so this is an opportunity for us to come to the city and bring the food to them,” said parishioner Anita Oles.

New Life Church also distributes food to more than 400 families each month at its location in Poland.
