Dog License Forgiveness Set Next Week

The Trumbull County dog pound is offering dog license forgiveness next week.

Officials said all license penalties will be forgiven between June 11-13. Dog Warden Gwynn Logan said to make sure dogs are properly licensed and that tags are displayed.

“Have it on its collar so when we find your dog I will actually be bringing it back to you,” Logan said. “The law says I can take it and hold it for three days and adopt it or put it down,” she said. “So if your dog has a license it’s a license to live in Trumbull County.”
