1 of 4 charged in SE Pa. slaying waives hearing

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — One of four suspects arrested in the slaying of a man found shot on the side of the road after he was abducted from his Philadelphia-area home has waived a preliminary hearing

The (Pottstown) Mercury (http://bit.ly/12xmDk1 ) says the case against 21-year-old Rasheed Teel of Philadelphia now goes to Montgomery County Court.

Teel is charged with first-, second- and third-degree murder as well as conspiracy, kidnapping and robbery in the May 5 slaying of 19-year-old Kareem Ali Borowy of West Pottsgrove Township following which authorities called a home invasion robbery.

Also charged and in custody are 27-year-old Omar Miller of Philadelphia and 22-year-old Charles Freeman of Stowe. Twenty-five-year-old Andre Collier, accused by police of having been the triggerman, is still being sought, and authorities call him armed and dangerous.
