Brief Power Outage Restored

A power line came down on the Ohio Turnpike in Beaver Township, Ohio.

About 4,200 customers in Trumbull County were out of power for about a half hour on Monday.

Ohio Edison spokeswoman Robin Patton said about 3,200 customers in Warren and 1,000 in Howland were out because a customer-owned substation shorted out power to the other homes in the area.

Patton said the outage lasted about 30 minutes.

The outage affected traffic lights in downtown Warren.
