Dallas flights debut Friday at Pa. Palmer Airport

LATROBE, Pa. (AP) — Discount carrier Spirit Airlines Inc. will debut flights to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport from Arnold Palmer Regional Airport in southwestern Pennsylvania starting Friday.

The airline already offers flights to Myrtle Beach, S.C., Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, Fla. from the airport about 45 miles east of Pittsburgh.

The new Dallas flights will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The airline is owned and operated by the Westmoreland County Airport Authority.
