A man walking across Indianola Road was struck by a car early Tuesday.

Reports said Brannon Williams, 17, of Boardman, was driving on Market Street about 8:30 a.m. and turned left onto Indianola Road when he struck a 66-year-old man.

Thomas Ghent, also of Boardman, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Williams was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian.
