Police say Pa. man threatened horse, demanded sex

MOUNTAINHOME, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania police say a man threatened to kill a woman’s horse if she didn’t have sex with him.

The Pocono Record reported Friday (http://bit.ly/19ySfas ) that 18-year-old Xavier Papo Liciaga-DeJesus waived his right to a preliminary hearing. His lawyer says the Henryville man plans to plead guilty to burglary and gun theft stemming from two different incidents.

Defense attorney Jason LaBar tells the paper he’s unsure what motivated his client’s actions.

Court records indicate the gun theft was reported April 19, and cash and other items were taken from the same property a month later.

In late May, police say, a woman who lives there found a note on her vehicle telling her to “come naked to the orange truck … or your horse will die.”

Police say Liciaga-DeJesus confessed.
