Authorities said on Tuesday they confirmed the identity of a missing boater they believe drowned on Saturday.
Pymatuning State Park police confirmed Lawrence Elroy Page, 48, is the man they believe drowned while trying to help a woman back onto a boat after she fell into the water.
An Ohio State Highway Patrol aircraft will search the area over Pymatuning Lake on Tuesday, officials said.
Rescue teams from 17 agencies in Ohio and Pennsylvania searched for Page on Monday. Officials said visibility has been an issue for divers.
Page was last seen jumping off a rented pontoon boat.
Witnesses on the boat told police the victim had jumped into the water to help a woman get back on the boat, he then went underwater and never resurfaced.
Police are unsure if the man was wearing a life jacket.
Divers searched the lake Saturday, and boats with sonar technology searched Sunday.
Police said search efforts will continue until a recovery is made.
