Man attacked in Warren

A Kinsman man was hospitalized early Friday after he was attacked by two men on Warren’s northwest side.

The 35-year-old man told police he was watching the NBA Finals late Thursday at a friend’s home and left about 1:30 a.m. Friday.

He said he was walking in the 1500 block of Parkman Road N.W. when two men. The man was beaten unconscious and when he awoke, his wallet was missing, reports said.

Officers noted the man was having trouble talking because of his injuries, which included bumps on his face and head, a bloody mouth and head and chest pain.

He was taken to Trumbull Memorial Hospital’s emergency room after someone found the man unconscious on the sidewalk near 1565 Parkman N.W.
