A well in Trumbull County has one neighborhood tired of the noise that it is producing.

One Weathersfield community has been putting up with the noise for a few days now from a Halcon owned well. They said that the noise goes all day and all night with a large flame that is continuous as well.

Halcon spokesman Vince Bevacqua said that it is a new well and it must run continuous to meet regulations.

But the noise has forced one woman to not sleep in her bedroom.

“No, I am not sleeping there, my husband does, I do not,” said Pat McCrudden who lives near the well. “He is better at coping with it than I am. I sleep in the living room on my lazy boy chair because there is an extra wall between there and the outside. But when you lay down you can hear that you can feel it.”

Bevacqua said that the well will burn for two weeks straight.
