WKBN cameras captured U.S. Marshals making an arrest in downtown Youngstown on Monday.

The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force made the arrest on West Federal Street, across from the WRTA bus station.

Agents received a tip that Jeremy Thomas, 25, was walking downtown.

A warrant was issued last week for Thomas after he allegedly hit another man in the head with a brick.

Thomas faces felonious assault charges.
