A small airplane made an emergency landing Wednesday in a soybean field in Trumbull County.
The plane landed around 2:15 p.m. in a field off of Route 534, near McClure East Road in Newton Falls.
There was some issue with the carburetor on the aircraft, which forced the pilot to land the plane. The pilot fixed the problem and was able to fly the plane out of the soybean field and return to a nearby airport.
No one was hurt, and there was no damage to the plane.
