MASON, Ohio (AP) — Current and former military members are receiving free admission to some Ohio venues this week to thank them for their service as the country marks the Fourth of July.

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is offering service members free zoo admission and discounted waterpark admission through Sunday, with immediate family members also admitted free.

Military personnel must show military IDs. Veterans must show proof of service.
