A two-car crash tied up the Tuesday morning commute.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said a Betty J. Starr, 80, of Boardman, was driving her truck the wrong way at about 8 a.m. on Interstate 680 near the U.S. Route 224 exit when she crashed into another vehicle.
Starr was cited for driving the wrong way on an interstate highway.
Investigators said she was traveling southbound on I-680 when she made a U-turn and started driving north in the southbound lanes.
She struck Burt T. Brown, 36, of Austintown. Troopers said Brown tried to avoid Starr but lost control and crashed.
