A new destination spot is coming soon to travelers at the Youngstown Warren Regional Airport.
Airport officials said Allegiant Airlines is adding a new flight destination, but so far they will not say where until they unveil the destination next week.
Airport Director Dan Dickten said Allegiant has a 94 percent load factor for seats sold on flights which is part of the reason they keep expanding flight service here.
Until the announcement is made, airport officials are building buzz by asking people to guess their future announcement on their Facebook page.
“We are among the highest airports and communities in the Allegiant stables, you might call it,” Dickten said. “Yeah, they are thinking very highly of us and a lot of other communities as well, but we are looking good with Allegiant right now.”
