Three people were arrested Thursday in connection with the murder of a Yellow Creek Township woman in 2011.
Nicholas Carosiello, 32, of Chester, West Va., was charged with aggravated murder in the death of of Holly Carosiello, 22, of Yellow Creek Township. Carosiello is also facing charges of tampering with evidence, possession of drugs and other gun charges.
Two others were charged with intentionally hindering the Columbiana County Sheriff’s investigation.
Martina L. Michael, 21, was charged with obstructing justice and complicity to tampering with evidence. Richard L. Lewis, 60, of Wellsville, was charged with obstructing justice.
Investigators said Carosiello and Lewis were arrested at their homes. Michael was arrested at the Pittsburgh International Airport where she works.
Holly Carosiello was found shot Aug. 12, 2011 outside the door of her 923 Township Line Road home. At the time, a witness said he saw two people running from the house and police opened fire on the suspects.
A neighbor said Holly Cariosiello lived at the home with her ex-husband and they shared two children.
