East Liverpool police are searching for a man they believe shot someone on Wednesday.
Police say they believe Christian Radcliff, who is in his mid-20s, from the Columbus area, shot a 22-year-old man at the intersection of Pennsylvania and Dewey avenues.
The man’s name is being withheld, but police said he was shot in the torso after an argument with Radcliff.
He was taken to a Pittsburgh-area hospital with a gunshot wound to his torso.
