Suspect indicted in multiple shooting

The man accused of shooting four family members and then himself  in Campbell last weekend has been indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury.

Devin Spann, 23, is facing 12 counts of felonious assault and aggravated arson.

Police said he opened fire at a house on 7th Street in Campbell wounding four relatives. He then set fire to a mattress in an upstairs bedroom in attempt to kill everyone inside, including three young girls.

Investigators said Spann also shot himself and tried to run away from the scene. He was captured a couple of blocks away.

Everyone survived the shootings.
