Man flashes woman doing yard work

A Warren woman told police a man flashed her while she was doing yard work on Thursday afternoon.

The woman, who lives on Summit Street N.W., told police she was trimming her hedges around 12:30 p.m. when a black man walking in front of her house asked her if she needed help. She said when she turned around, the man was standing there with his private parts exposed and he appeared to be sexually aroused, according to a police report.

She described the man as dark-skinned, approximately 6-feet tall with a thin build, wearing a red shirt and baggy pants. She also said the man was “good looking,” according to the report.

The woman’s son pulled up to the house and after she explained what happened, her son approached the man, who swore at the woman’s son and threatened to “blow his brains out,” the report states.
